Ron Leach created the highly successful course of study in on-camera acting AUDITION DYNAMICS and companion course SCENE DYNAMICS in 1998, and has taught many of Canada’s leading young artists and established stars. He has taught at the prestigious STRATFORD SHAKESPEAREAN FESTIVAL and Vancouver Film School. He recently retired as the President of the Board of Directors of Toronto’s award-winning ACME Theatre Company; was the founder and past president of The Talent Representatives Association Of Canada (3 terms), and past Chairman of the Board of the Canadian International Animation Festival (2 terms). He has consulted on fund-raising for such diverse organizations as EarthDay Canada, EarthDay Russia, and The Canadian Human Rights Campaign. Ron currently dedicates his philanthropic activities riding his bicycle the 600 km from Toronto to Montreal with the Friends For Life Bike Rally to raise funding for the Toronto People With Aids Foundation (2011 will mark his fifth ride with the Friends For Life). |
